Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra)
Every 2nd Tuesday
7:00 - 8:00 PM

​Yoga nidra (also called yogic sleep) is a deeply restorative practice that helps balance out the demands of day-to-day life, without actually falling asleep. It involves lying down in a comfortable position and following a set of verbal instructions that lead to complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. The goal is to reach a state of deep calmness while maintaining consciousness, which can have rejuvenating effects on the body and mind. Regular practice of yoga nidra can reduce cortisol levels, improve sleep quality, reduce stress/anxiety and have a positive impact on overall health.

Sound Sessions w/Simone

Step into a transformative meditative journey. This unique sound bath combines the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the powerful resonance of light code tone healing to create a deeply immersive experience.

A sound bath is a gentle yet profound practice where participants are bathed (not literally!) in healing sound waves. Crystal singing bowls and vocal tones are especially impactful because our bodies are composed primarily of water, and sound travels through water five times faster than air. This amplifies the healing potential, facilitating rejuvenation and alignment at a cellular level.

These vibrational sounds soothe the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and dissolve energetic blockages. It’s like a deep, restorative massage for your inner being, bringing your body and mind back into harmony.

Light code toning further enhances the experience, activating and aligning your chakras, balancing your energy body, and helping to release emotional blockages. This is a sacred opportunity to realign with your inner self and rediscover your personal power.

What to Bring:
   •    Essentials: Yoga mat and water
   •    Optional: Pillow, throw blanket, journal, pen, crystals

Session Overview (1 Hour):
   •    Begin with grounding breathwork and intention setting
   •    Immerse yourself in 40 minutes of crystal singing bowls and vocal tones
   •    Conclude with 10–15 minutes for quiet reflection, journaling, or pulling a card to inspire your journey forward

The Noon Hour Shift
every Monday & Wednesday
12:10 - 12:45 PM

We will move, bend, sway and shimmy our way into a more upbeat day! 

Using a combination of energetic modalities, emotional release, breath work along with facial stretching/release techniques we shake out any stuck, stagnant or stubborn areas within our physical, mental and emotional bodies leaving space for all the best possibilities. 

I guide you though simple grounding and release work exercises, followed by energy sweeping, breath work, collective wish and closing exercise, along with a run down of method to the madness and the whys behind them, leaving you with a better understanding of how to better navigate and shift your bodies' energies.

Basically a beautiful little refresh to your day.
