Qi Gong

Spring Forest Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice that balances energy, releases stress, and supports natural healing. Through simple movements, breathing, and meditation, it calms the mind, enhances vitality, and restores harmony in body and spirit.

Sound Bowls
Every Friday

Sound Bowl Sessions are a soothing practice that uses the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to ease tension, release stress, and support deep restoration. Through resonant tones and calming sound waves, they quiet the mind, nurture balance, and renew body and spirit.

The Noon Hour Shift
Every Monday
12:10 - 12:45 PM

We will move, bend, sway and shimmy our way into a more upbeat day! 

Using a combination of energetic modalities, emotional release, breath work along with facial stretching/release techniques we shake out any stuck, stagnant or stubborn areas within our physical, mental and emotional bodies leaving space for all the best possibilities. â€‹â€‹

Book Club

Book Club is a welcoming space to explore books that inspire wellness, mindfulness, and holistic living. Our selections are very practice-based, offering simple tools and insights we can gradually put into play together. Each gathering is a chance to slow down, share reflections, and learn from one another while diving into thought-provoking reads—like Uninflamed, Your Body Already Knows, and our current book Rewilding. Beyond the pages, it’s an opportunity to connect with like-minded friends, spark meaningful conversations, and grow together in community.

We typically meet once per week on Tuesdays during the noon hour from 12:10-12:50pm. All meetings are in person at the Hub but we also broadcast the meetings via Zoom and have recordings available for those who can't join us. We will also do practice based meetings as well which vary in date/time.
